Due to items being printed at the time of purchase, all items are considered final sale, so we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items. This includes items purchased during all sales (site-wide & holiday sales and promo code discount purchases). Products with errors or defects, on our behalf, will be considered eligible for a return or exchange.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
It takes 9-12 business days for apparel products. This includes the order processing time and shipping process.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that your customer got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order.

- We suggest air drying via hanger or tumble dry low.
